How It Began

Fishing has been a passion of mine since a very young age, especially ice fishing. Before I was able to drive I was finding any opportunity to tag along with someone and eventually found myself driving all over the state of Wisconsin chasing all kinds of fish species.
Nearing my adult years I met my now wonderful wife who I’m extremely lucky shares the same passion I do and now we spend our free time chasing these memories together. I’d always felt my life was lacking something, but wasn’t able to realize what it was until I built my first fishing rod. The intention at first was to just build a few rods myself seeing as I could make them however I wanted and no longer had to choose from a store shelf. Soon enough I was finding myself spending more and more time crafting these rods and thought it would be great to share my passions with people of the same walks of life!
